Where and How We Ship

My Ear Seeds ships to all 50 states in the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

All of our orders are shipped via USPS (typically Ground Advantage) or UPS Ground Saver. We charge a flat rate of $5.00, which is in many cases less than the actual shipping rate. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

Delivery Times

We process orders within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

USPS Ground Advantage has a delivery window estimate of 2-5 business days within the contiguous US. UPS Ground Saver’s delivery window estimate is 2-7 days, and it offers weekend delivery. Both of these services may be subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. My Ear Seeds is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 2 hours. Please allow USPS or UPS (depending on the shipping carrier used) up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, always contact My Ear Seeds first at info@myearseeds.com. Do not attempt to file a claim with USPS or UPS (depending on the shipping carrier used) yourself. My Ear Seeds will file a claim on your behalf, and a refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.

Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at info@myearseeds.com within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or refund. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of ear seeds being a health related product, ear seeds packaging must be unopened and sealed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products do not meet these criteria.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive the returned products.

Virtual Consultations Not Part of an Ear Seeds Package

You may request a refund of your Virtual Consultation as long as you submit your refund request at least 24 hours in advance of the time your Virtual Consultation is scheduled to start. We will process your refund within 1-2 business days. If your refund request is not submitted at least 24 hours before the start of your Virtual Consultation, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If there is a scheduling conflict and you’re unable to attend your originally scheduled Virtual Consultation, you may request a reschedule no more than twice (and it must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance of the time your consultation is scheduled to begin).

Virtual Consultations That Are Part of an Ear Seeds Package (Example: My Ear Seeds Self Care Kit)

You may request a refund of your Virtual Consultation as long as you submit your refund request within 7 days of receiving your package (also called a “kit”). We will process your refund for your entire kit (including Virtual Consultation) within a reasonable timeframe after we receive the returned products that are part of your kit (see more details in the “Physical Products” section). No Virtual Consultations will be refunded after 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot do partial refunds of kit orders.

If there is a scheduling conflict and you’re unable to attend your originally scheduled Virtual Consultation, you may request a reschedule no more than twice (and it must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance of the time your consultation is scheduled to begin).

Instant Digital Downloads

Because of the nature of this type of product, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations on it.
